L’Oréal India has currently introduced the launch
of L’Oréal BOOST, an upskilling and mentorship Programme for early life, in
collaboration with Buddy4Study as an extension of its global ‘L’Oréal for
Youth’ initiative.
The mission will put together aspirants to meet
the changing dynamics and job requirements. The programme will concentrate on
providing them with the fundamental skills required to increase their
employability and confidence.It is specially designed for human beings
belonging to underprivileged backgrounds.
Since its inception, the programme has received nearly 6,000 registrations from qualified candidates. Over one hundred twenty five personnel from L’Oréal India, across all degrees, have pledged to volunteer greater than 750 hours of mentoring under this initiative. In addition to the application curriculum, college students will additionally get access to 33 certifiable guides on Coursera, through a partnership with the platform. The programme will provide access to one-on-one mentorship sessions that are one-of-a-kind.
