• Emission at the exhaust is high, which is not good for our lovely environment.

• In the winter season, the carburetor system faces ice formation issues due to low temperatures.

• The working of the carburetor can be affected by changes in the atmospheric pressure.

• The maintenance cost of a carburetor is higher than that of a fuel injection system. 

• The carburetor is heavier than the fuel injector. It absorbs more fuel.
